Stephen L. “Steve” Moss is a musician, writer, artist, maker, and professional harp and piano technician. He plays the fiddle, banjo, and guitar, and dabbles with a host of other instruments. His passion is traditional music, including Old Time American fiddle tunes and the traditional music of Ireland and Québec.

He enjoys trying to repair anything that probably won’t kill him in the process, as well as making things out of wood, paper, electronic bits, and textiles, words, and images, not necessarily all at the same time.

He has published five mystery novels set in Milwaukee Wisconsin, and a non-fiction book on lever harp regulation. He has also produced a DVD on harp care.
